She isn't stealing them, she linked where she found the art, and is not claiming she made the art. This is a PSD file for an action/color modification, not the art itself. It's a resource for photoshop, not someone else's art being given out.
Thats what I was saying. She didnt steal it, she just uses these drawings as references. Lets say that she isnt an artist. How on earth is she going to make resourcers for others if she cant show us without a drawing?? she has to use these. Dont jump to conclusions, dig deeper before you understand what is behind it. Its not that hard.
You wouldn't know if she has asked for permission or not. It is best you don't assume such things! It's not like you were there when she did it. You wouldn't like it if someone made something up about you like that, or add a small detail into the description and change the whole meaning of what you did.
Then you are going to have to trust her. Besides its her problem, and she is the one who will face whatever consequences that comes if it is much of a big deal. I can't say you are wrong, but it was the only way for her to show an example to us. Sometimes its hard to contact someone who will reply back very late, or never.
Even though we are having this odd conversation, I wasn't trying to be rude, or make it seem like im speaking rudely. Since this is an online world, and things are taken differently, but I have to say, your art is really good xD...
I'm sorry, let me try to correct myself here. I'm really bad at explaining. All I meant to say was that I wouldn't use the word "theft" to describe this unless the artist has specifically said that they don't want their artworks reposted even with credit (which is likely, since the link goes to pixiv.) I understand that she probably doesn't have permission to use this image and I've already reported it (as if that will get anything done.)
clearly you don't understand how deviantart works everything you upload becomes copyright to you and your account whether you like it or not, she's uploaded other people's art to her account, therefore she's taking copyright for it. 99% of establish artists do NOT want their art used or distributed in this way..
Sadly I have to disagree - maybe it would have been best for her to use a photograph or something for the example, but she's giving an art resource - DeviantArt is for artists who do search for art resources.
In fact I use DA primarily for brushes/atn/psd files like these, so...
